Serstech has today signed an OEM agreement with the Swiss company RS Dynamics. The initial order value is approximately 3 MSEK, which will be invoiced in Q4 2019 and the first half of 2020.
RS Dynamics has developed the cutting edge of patented technologies in portable and handheld devices for trace detection of explosives, narcotics and radioactive materials. The devices can detect the presence of extremely small traces of explosives and narcotics but cannot identify the substances.
With the addition of Serstech’s Raman instrument and ChemDash software, RS Dynamics’ portfolio will include both trace detectors and a complete solution for identification of the detected substances.
“Serstech offers products and technical expertise that are rare in the industry and we are thrilled to include a version of their instrument in our portfolio. Our trace detection customers are asking for the ability to identify any found threats and Serstech’s Raman device will complete our portfolio”, says RS Dynamics CEO, George Blaha.
“We are happy to enter into this agreement with such an accomplished partner as RS Dynamics. RS Dynamics will now be able to offer a unique combination of instruments for the security market and we expect to see results from this cooperation already in 2020“, says Serstech CEO Stefan Sandor.
